Counsellor

I am an experienced Humanistic counsellor based in the Chichester area offering short- or long-term therapy. I offer a quite safe environment for face to face sessions or online, telephone and walk and talk through the fields and local countryside.

Humanistic counselling draws from Person-Centred Therapy, Gestalt Therapy and Existentialism. In my practise I have found all theories and modalities helpful; these methods have similarities but are all different.

We are also similar to each other but unique; for this reason, it makes sense to tailor or integrate one or many theories to each individual client.

I follow the ethical guidelines as set out by the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) to ensure client safety and confidentiality.
